What does the membership cost?
A hundred dollars a year for everything: all the ADAPT lessons and Eli, your scam helper. If you would rather pay monthly, it is $12.99 a month. We chose a clean, round price on purpose — no $99.99 tricks.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No. You can start completely free — the first 3 levels of every learning path, plus a few Eli questions and Scam Checks each day, free forever. Join the membership only when you are ready for everything.
Is Eli included, or is that extra?
Included. There is one membership that covers both apps — the ADAPT lessons and Eli. Eli is never a separate charge.
Will it renew without telling me?
Never quietly. We will always remind you before your membership renews, and you can cancel anytime from within the app — no questions asked, no runaround.
How do I cancel — and can I get a refund?
You can cancel anytime, right in your phone settings, and keep your access until the period you paid for ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — and if you get stuck, email us and we will help you through it.
What phone do I need? Will it work on my phone?
Right now ADAPT and Eli are on iPhone (iOS 16 or newer) in early access — Android is coming soon. If you are not sure what you have, email us your phone model and we will tell you plainly whether it will work.
Why pay for this when there are free videos online?
Free videos can show you a thing once, but they do not know you, do not answer back, and never check that you actually understand. ADAPT teaches step by step at your pace, and Eli answers your real questions in the moment — including "is this a scam?" That is the difference between watching and finally feeling confident.
Are workshops included?
Workshops are free to attend — community-supported, with no cost and no upsells at the door. They are separate from the membership. Register on the Events page.
