1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Timeless Tech Learning website (timelesstechlearning.com) or attending our workshops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Timeless Tech Learning provides:

• Live, instructor-led technology workshops — online via Zoom now, with in-person sessions in Albany coming soon
• The ADAPT learning app for self-paced technology education
• Educational blog content and resources

3. Workshop Policies

• TTL workshops are free to attend — they are community-supported, with no cost and no upsells at the door
• Participants must bring their own device (phone, tablet, or laptop)
• Registration is required — spots are limited to small groups of up to 12 people
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session so your spot can be offered to someone else
• TTL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops with reasonable notice

4. TTL Membership & Auto-Renewal

The ADAPT and Eli apps share one optional paid membership, the TTL Membership, purchased through Apple's App Store. One membership covers both apps. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Price. The TTL Membership is $100 per year, or $12.99 per month if you prefer to pay monthly. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
• Renewal reminder. We will remind you before your membership renews, so a charge is never a surprise.
• Auto-renewal. Memberships renew automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on your plan — unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• How to cancel. You can cancel anytime. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select ADAPT, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then move to the free plan — no lockout.
• Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy — Timeless Tech Learning cannot issue App Store refunds directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
• Disrupt or interfere with our services
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact form

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of Timeless Tech Learning and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the information provided will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeless Tech Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or device damage.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
